Delivery & Service Fulfillment Policy

El3ab does not sell, ship, or deliver any physical product. What you purchase through El3ab is a confirmed, time-boxed booking of gaming equipment and floor space at an independent, verified gaming venue — for example a PS5 station, a VR bay, or a private room, for a specific date, time and duration.

Because nothing physical changes hands between El3ab and you, there is no shipping carrier, no shipping address, no shipping fee, and no shipping timeframe anywhere in the booking flow. Any reference to a "delivery date" in your payment receipt refers to the date and time of your gaming session, not a package.

What El3ab delivers is the booking itself, and it is delivered electronically and immediately:

• At checkout: once payment is authorized by Paymob or Fawry, your resource hold is converted into a confirmed booking in real time — there is no processing or dispatch delay.
• In the app: the confirmed booking appears instantly under Profile > Bookings, with the venue, setup, start time and duration.
• By email: a booking confirmation is sent to the email address on your account as a receipt of the transaction.

If your payment is still pending (for example, a bank transfer method that clears after checkout), your booking is held but not yet confirmed until the payment settles — you will see this reflected accurately in the app rather than a false confirmation.

Your confirmed booking is your proof of purchase. To redeem it, arrive at the venue at your booked time and show your booking in the El3ab app to venue staff, who check you in against their own floor system. No physical ticket, voucher or shipped item is required or issued.

Your session runs for exactly the duration you booked, starting at your booked time — see the Cancellation & Refund Policy for what happens if you arrive late or do not show up.

"Delivery failure" for El3ab means one of two things, and both are handled the same way as a refund case, not a lost-package case:

• Your payment succeeded but the booking confirmation never appeared in the app or by email — contact El3ab Support immediately so we can verify the transaction and confirm your booking manually.
• You arrive at the venue with a confirmed booking and the venue cannot honor it (closed, wrong setup available, session unusable) — this is covered under Venue Failures in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, and you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

El3ab Rewards points, badges and promotional credits are digital-only account balances. They are credited directly to your El3ab account the moment they are earned or redeemed — there is nothing to ship here either. See the Rewards & Promotions policy for full terms.
