Venue Partner Terms

Welcome to El3ab. These Venue Partner Terms ("Venue Terms") govern your access to the El3ab Venue and Admin dashboards and set the rules for listing your gaming venue on our marketplace.

By registering a Venue on El3ab, you agree that El3ab acts solely as a booking intermediary. You are fully responsible for the physical provision of the gaming services, maintaining your equipment, and ensuring the safety of players visiting your premises.

To publish a listing, you must provide accurate business information, including your Commercial Registration, Tax ID, and valid bank account details for payouts.

Media and Photos: You must own the rights to any photos uploaded to your venue profile. El3ab strictly distinguishes between "Venue Authentic" photos (actual photos of your venue) and "Platform Representative" photos (stock images of equipment). You must accurately classify your media. El3ab reserves the right to reject or remove misleading media.

You are responsible for keeping your pricing, available setups (PCs, Consoles, VIP Rooms), and opening hours accurate at all times.

Honoring Bookings: When El3ab records a booking as CONFIRMED, you are legally bound to provide the exact setup requested at the scheduled time. Failing to honor a confirmed booking damages the platform's reputation and may result in financial penalties (deducted from your payouts) or immediate suspension of your listing.

El3ab facilitates payments from consumers on your behalf based on your chosen settlement mode:

• Full Pre-payment: El3ab collects the entire booking amount online. We deduct our agreed commission and remit the balance to your registered bank account on the agreed payout schedule.
• Deposit Mode: El3ab collects a deposit online which serves as our commission. You are solely responsible for collecting the remaining balance directly from the player when they arrive at the venue. El3ab is not liable if a player fails to pay the remaining balance in person.

Taxes: You are responsible for ensuring that the prices you list on El3ab are inclusive of all applicable Egyptian taxes (e.g., VAT). El3ab provides the platform; you provide the taxable service.

Cancellations: You must configure a cancellation deadline for your venue (e.g., 24 hours). If a player cancels before the deadline, El3ab will automatically refund them. If they cancel after the deadline, or fail to show up, you are entitled to keep the payment (minus commission) per your configured policy.

Venue Fault: If you fail to provide the service (e.g., your venue is closed, power outage, or broken equipment), El3ab reserves the right to issue a full refund to the customer and reverse the payout for that booking, even if it falls outside the cancellation window.

As the Venue Owner, you may invite staff (e.g., Managers, Front Desk) to access your venue dashboard. You are strictly liable for all actions taken by any staff member you invite, including pricing changes, booking cancellations, or inappropriate handling of consumer data.

El3ab may suspend your listing temporarily or permanently if you:

• Repeatedly fail to honor confirmed bookings.
• Provide unsafe or hostile environments for players.
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid commission fees.
• Provide fraudulent documentation or attempt to exploit the platform's payment systems.
