El3ab Terms of Use

Welcome to El3ab. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the El3ab iOS application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

El3ab's Role: El3ab is a technology platform and booking intermediary. We provide a marketplace that allows you to discover, hold, and book gaming setups (such as PCs, PlayStation 5s, and VR spaces) at third-party gaming venues ("Venues").

El3ab does not own, operate, or manage any of the Venues listed on the Platform. The physical gaming service, equipment maintenance, and venue safety are strictly the responsibility of the Venue owner. When you make a booking, you are entering into a direct contract with the Venue for the provision of those services. El3ab acts solely to facilitate the booking and, depending on the payment method, process the payment.

Age: Anyone can create an account on El3ab at any age.

Account Security: You must register using a valid phone number and OTP authentication. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials, transfer your account to another person, or allow unauthorized users to book under your identity.

Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or severely violate our Trust & Safety Guidelines.

Holds vs. Bookings: When you select a time slot, El3ab places a temporary "Hold" on the inventory to give you time to complete checkout. A Hold is not a booking.

When is a Booking Binding? A booking is only binding and final when El3ab's backend system officially transitions the status to CONFIRMED.

Bank receipts, InstaPay transfer screenshots, provider redirects, or SMS deductions from your bank do not constitute a confirmed booking. If your bank deducts money but the booking fails to confirm on El3ab due to a timeout or connection issue, El3ab will automatically process a refund for the orphaned payment.

Group Bookings: If you use "Split Equal" to divide a booking cost with friends, the booking will only confirm when every single member of the group successfully captures their payment share before the hold expires. If the hold expires before all shares are paid, the booking is cancelled and all captured shares are automatically refunded.

Price Transparency: Prices shown on the Platform are set by the Venues. The final checkout price will explicitly display the venue rate, any applicable taxes, and any platform fees.

Payment Methods: We support online card payments (via Paymob), Fawry, InstaPay, and in some cases, "Pay at Venue".

• Online / Full Payment: You pay the entire amount upfront through El3ab.
• Deposit: You pay a partial deposit online to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the Venue upon arrival in cash or card. El3ab is not responsible for the collection of the remaining balance.
• InstaPay: InstaPay transfers are verified by an automated AI system. You must transfer the exact amount and provide the correct reference number. If the system cannot automatically verify the transfer, your booking may be delayed pending manual finance review.

All cancellations and refunds are strictly governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Venue Failures: If a Venue is closed, cannot provide the specific setup you booked (e.g., PS5 instead of PC), or experiences a major power/internet failure preventing you from playing, you are entitled to a refund for the time lost. You must report this to El3ab Support immediately.

By visiting a Venue booked through El3ab, you agree to treat venue staff and other players respectfully. Harassment, threats, violence, discriminatory conduct, intoxication, and deliberate damage to venue property are strictly prohibited.

Violating these rules, or the specific house rules set by the Venue, will result in immediate removal from the Venue without a refund, and permanent suspension of your El3ab account. For detailed information, review our Trust & Safety Guidelines.

If you opt-in to El3ab Rewards, you may earn points on eligible bookings. Points have no cash value outside the El3ab platform and cannot be transferred to other users or redeemed for cash. If a booking is refunded, any points earned from that booking will be reversed.

El3ab reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards program, or invalidate points obtained through fraud or abuse, at any time.

Disclaimers: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure Venue availability and information is accurate, El3ab does not guarantee the quality, safety, or exact condition of any physical Venue.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, El3ab (and its affiliates, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or your visit to a Venue. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to El3ab for the specific booking in dispute.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (No. 181/2018).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

If you have a dispute regarding a booking or payment, you must first escalate the issue to El3ab Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
